We begin with debris removal, clearing leftover materials, scrap, and large particles from floors, surfaces, and outdoor entry areas. This is followed by detailed surface dusting throughout the space - walls, trim, ledges, fixtures, vents, cabinets, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces where fine dust settles.

Windows and glass are then cleaned to remove stickers, smudges, and construction film, inside and out where accessible. This not only improves appearance but also allows natural light to fully showcase the new finishes. Floors receive special attention: depending on the material, we may sweep, vacuum, mop, machine scrub, and polish to remove dust, haze, and light scuffs, restoring shine to hard surfaces.

Final detail cleaning is where we bring the job together. We address corners, baseboards, interior cabinet shelves, switch plates, outlets, and fixtures so that even close inspection reflects a finished environment rather than an active job site. All trash is bagged and hauled off according to the agreed scope, leaving the property presentable for inspections, photo shoots, or immediate move-in.
